How It Works

Fill out the intake form: Complete the Intake Form to share your basic contact information, career goals, and preferred start date so your session can be tailored to your needs.
Check your email to schedule: Once your purchase is complete, look out for a confirmation email containing a scheduling link to officially book your session date and time.

Calls are conducted remotely via phone (depending on your preference and package setup), allowing you to join conveniently from anywhere.

For Silver Tier clients, weekly text check-ins help keep you accountable to your goals. For Gold Tier clients, real-time T.B.C. support gives you direct messaging access throughout the month for urgent questions, feedback on materials, or guidance before key meetings/interviews.

There are no long-term contracts or hidden commitments. You can easily cancel or pause your membership at any time directly through your account dashboard, and you won’t be billed for the following month.

General Policy: All Sales Are Final
Due to the digital, custom, and time-intensive nature of our offerings, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Coaching Packages (Silver & Gold Tiers): Once a subscription or single-month coaching package is purchased, no full or partial refunds will be issued for unused days, unused text support, or missed/unclaimed 1-on-1 calls.
Digital Products & Downloads: All purchases of digital resources, templates, guides, or course materials are non-refundable once access or download links are provided.
1-on-1 Coaching Calls & Rescheduling
We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule a scheduled 1-on-1 private coaching call included in your package:
Notice Required: You must provide approximately 3 hours' written notice prior to your scheduled call time to reschedule without penalty.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Calls canceled with less than 3 hours' notice, or missed calls where the client fails to show up within 10 minutes of the start time, will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
