  • Text-based coaching gives you direct, 1-on-1 access to a coach right on your phone. Instead of waiting for a weekly video call, you can message your coach whenever you face a challenge, need a quick sounding board, or want to share a win. Your coach will check in regularly to provide guidance, strategies, and accountability.

  • Traditional coaching is bound to a specific hour-long block once a week. Text coaching fits seamlessly into your daily life. It allows for "in-the-moment" coaching, meaning you can process challenges in real-time as they happen, rather than trying to remember them days later during a scheduled session. Plus, you have a written record of all your coach's insights to look back on whenever you need a reminder.

  • We keep it incredibly simple. Once you sign up and confirm your details, we will text you directly using standard SMS text messaging. There are no extra apps to download, accounts to create, or complicated platforms to learn.

  • Absolutely. Your privacy is a top priority. All conversations and shared information are strictly confidential and will never be shared with anyone else.

  • Cancellation of Renewal: If your coaching program is set up on a monthly recurring subscription, you may cancel your auto-renewal at any time prior to your next billing date through your account settings or by emailing support.

  • General Policy: All Sales Are Final

    Due to the digital, custom, and time-intensive nature of our offerings, all sales are final and non-refundable.

    • Coaching Packages (Silver & Gold Tiers): Once a subscription or single-month coaching package is purchased, no full or partial refunds will be issued for unused days, unused text support, or missed/unclaimed 1-on-1 calls.

    Digital Products & Downloads: All purchases of digital resources, templates, guides, or course materials are non-refundable once access or download links are provided.

    1-on-1 Coaching Calls & Rescheduling

    We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule a scheduled 1-on-1 private coaching call included in your package:

    • Notice Required: You must provide approximately 3 hours' written notice prior to your scheduled call time to reschedule without penalty.

    • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Calls canceled with less than 3 hours' notice, or missed calls where the client fails to show up within 10 minutes of the start time, will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
